Breath Therapy for Nervous System Support with Karlyn Digitalis.

This course will teach you how to incorporate a variety of conscious breath techniques to support nervous system regulation and to calm the brain. Unconscious breathing habits that don't allow enough oxygen and life force to flow freely through the body & mind can have detrimental effects on our overall state of health. This 5 week course will show how to use the conscious breath, mindfully and gently, to positively impact your wellbeing.

This event will run from 18th April to 16th May (5 weeks) on Tuesday nights and is $175.
