I am passionate about real food and functional nutrition, from ‘Chew to Poo’, to empower you to take control of your health. I focus on individual nutritional, mindset and lifestyle needs.
I start by supporting you with a 5-week ‘Restart Your Health Program’ (sugar and processed food detox). This is practical, educational and supportive. I am not a one fix for all, but focus on where individuals need help – exhaustion, food sensitivities, weight gain or digestive issues.
To dig deeper into particular health concerns I use non-invasive evaluative techniques, to identify what will nourish your body and help you to find its healthy equilibrium. Your body knows how to heal itself but with so much confusion about what to eat, we question our decisions. My goal is to empower you to confidently choose foods to allow your body to heal.
