Relaxation & Deep Tissue Massage

Available Wednesday afternoon & evening, Thursdays & Saturdays with Cole

Deep Tissue Massage is the manual manipulation of the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It helps free up fascia and encourages the repair and remodeling of scar tissue, restoring normal muscle function in the process. Deep tissue massage can help with pain relief, recovery from injury, increased range of motion, improved function of the heart and lungs, and stress relief.

Deep Rest (Relaxation) Massage is focused on the calming of your nervous system and bringing you to a deep state of relaxation using long strokes along the grain of your muscles. I incorporate head, face and neck massage to promote blood flow, relax muscle tension and to bring you to a state of bliss.

Cole will be offering health rebates later this year.

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Head/Shoulder/Face & Head/Hands/Face & Feet Massage

Available Fridays with Esther

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

This is a head to toe treatment. Focused on soothing, releasing techniques that ease aches and pains and increase blood flow through the body.  I will work with oils massaging your face, total body and feet.  I love these holistic massages because the whole body gets an opportunity to relax.  It could be an excellent energy boost or alternatively it could be the bringer of calm, comforting reflection, depending on what your being needs.

Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage

Sometimes we need to dip a little deeper into muscle groups that are tight. This massage can still be full body but with more time focused on specific areas of tension. I use my elbows and thumbs with more vigorous moves, stretching and deeper flowing movements.

Head, Shoulder & Facial massage

I love a full facial and head massage, it’s an area that so often gets overlooked but with this upper body focussed massage, I will spend time connecting with all the facial, neck and shoulder muscles that hold so much tension.  It is vigorous in some areas and extremely gentle in others.  I will use oil in your hair, and on your face and upper body.

Head, Hands, Face & Feet Massage

This massage is a glorious head, face, neck massage with an additional foot and hand massage added too.  We use our hands and feet almost constantly and they hold so much residual tension.  For me face, hands and feet are areas I love to massage and they are so often only given a little time, if any, but this massage puts them firmly in the spotlight! I will use oils in your hair and on your skin, using both vigorous and very gentle techniques to enliven and revive tired muscles and relax and soften areas of tension.

Ka Huna Massage

Available Fridays & Saturdays with Liz

Ka Huna is a beautiful style of holistic massage originating in Hawai’i with long, flowing strokes over the whole body, using mainly the forearms, with warm oils aiding gliding flow. Traditionally this massage was used for initiation times as well as healing, and can promote relaxation, restoration, energy lifts, and any shifting that the body might need.

Ka Huna combines my love of dance, sound and ceremonial, devotional practice within healing spaces. I approach this work with great joy and deep respect for the lineage … and for those who are called to receive. It’s an honour to hold space for people through processes, showing up just as we are in each moment.
