KaHuna Massage & Bodywork

Autumn & Winter Saturdays, May ~ August

I offer Ceremonial KaHuna Bodywork and Massage as a sacred space to honour life’s transitions, rites of passage, and your connection to inner truth. My work is a practice of deep, embodied listening — a way to witness and nurture the unfolding of your unique path. It is a space to feel held, to remember your own inner wisdom, and to honour the life you’ve lived, the values you hold, and the direction you are choosing to walk.

With a background as an Acute Care Registered Nurse, holding Clinical Honours and the Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Award, I bring over fifteen years of grounded, compassionate experience in the healing arts. My journey has also taken me through wilderness survival training, mountain leadership (UK), somatic practices, yoga teacher trainings, and the mythic landscapes of archetypal astrology and the Sky Mysteries of Venus.

Now based in the Huon Valley, where we moved a year ago, I’ve recently stepped into the deeply transformative initiation of motherhood. My days are currently woven with mountain walks, quiet moments under trees, and gentle rides along the winding hills of Cygnet with our little one. These experiences have deepened my presence and brought new layers to my offerings — something I look forward to sharing more of through future writings.
