Ka Huna Bodywork is an ancient therapeutic and transformational massage based on the teachings and practices of the Hawaiian Kahunas. Integrating the Seven Principles of Huna Philosophy, it was traditionally used in ceremony to prepare and initiate the whole body system of body, mind and spirit, for rites of passage, or to support times of life transition.
Each Ka Huna session is a full body massage using long, flowing rhythmic movements with the fingers, hands, forearms and elbows for soft and deep tissue release.
