The Healing Space stands on the unceded land of the Melukerdee people.

We acknowledge the trauma, pain and separation experienced by first nations people when their lands were stolen. As healers, we seek to play a role in the healing of wounds, in whatever way we can, to ensure that all Australians may stand together on equal and fair ground.

We recognise the work of the Indigenous leaders present within our community who are sharing knowledge and lore so that we may better understand the nature of ourselves and country. We thank these leaders, their ancestors and their descendants.

We strive to work in reciprocity with the land, animals and people around us; and we recognise that in healing ourselves, we also heal country and community.
